Refund policy
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your jewellery to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Unworn and unused, with no signs of wear, scratches, or damage.
- In its original packaging, including any jewellery boxes, pouches and tags.
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your jewellery upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons), unless faulty at arrival.
- Custom or personalised jewellery (e.g., engraved or made-to-order pieces).
- Gift cards or sale items.
If you have questions about a specific item, please reach out before purchasing.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, we recommend placing a new order after your return is accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at webynavandmaggie@gmail.com.
